Nice size room with 3 beds and tiled floor (Don’t like carpets, so that was nice and felt clean) Great location for us - just between the rambla and Montjui (the moutain). I could easily walk in to the old city with the kids (young teens) Nice local area. Great, cheap bakery with great coffee just down the road (same side as hotel). You can buy nice sandwiches to go as well. Opposite the bakery there is a Döner kebab restaurant that is squeeky clean and serves great food for the low price. Take out available as well. On the corner opposite the hotel there is a small supermarked that was open from early morning to late night. We bought water, sodas (and milk for breakfast - no fridge in the room so buy it in the morning). There is a very old and famous tapas bar called Quimet & Quimet (on google maps etc) that is nice to visit. Not kid friendly food (its not your reg. tapas), but mine was entertained long enough for me to eat just by looking at the enterior. Only standing intake and 1 hour inside, we were there off peak season but its supossedly very popular in summertime. There are lots of ways to feed the kids near by at the street with the metro. There is a metro just at the end of the road. It eg. can take you to Place Espania, where you can take the local bus (red line) direct to the airport for the price of one ride in the metro! (1,7 euro on a 10 trip card) You can use it in the metro and one bus afterwards. There is a very expensive airport bus just before the local busstop, where you pay 6+ euros for the short busride. You are at the correct corner for the busstop for the bus going from the city TO the airport, if 1. You have the shopping centre (with a free viewing platform on top - open at night as well, use escalators inside, outside elevater costs money) on you left side - 2. Are looking across the road directly at the corner with the two large columms/the mountain. You arrive at the corner with the columms from the airport.

Hotel was pretty good, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location is near to the touristic street - La Rambla, it's also 35 minutes by walk to the beach, we were overall happy with the stay, especially with the staff- the mexican man at the reception, because the first night someone aggresively attacked and wanted to steal our phone, we were scared and we told the man at the reception because it happened near the hotel, he really helped us and made us stay really great and we fell very safe with him. thank u again!!

My room was clean, comfy, and spacious. I booked for a single room but they upgraded me to the triple room when I arrived there. It was a nice surprise. Staff were very helpful and polite. They even let me charge my powerbank because I forgot to bring a European plug adoptor. Lastly, they have a (free) room for luggage if you checked in too early or have a flight late in the day and don't want to carry bulky things while touring the city.

Location of hotel is great, off from busy street but short walking distance to metro station and has many small convenience shops outside the hotel. Supermarket and fruits shops just short distance by foot. Easy access to La Ramble & La Boqueria market. We bought 10x transport ticket, very convenience to move around by public buses and metro to most attractions like Park Guell, Sagrade Familia & etc. The staffs are very helpful.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are quite small but as we were out most of the time, it was not an issue for us at all. We really liked that there was a kettle in the room to warm up some water for coffee or tea. The neighbourhood is lively and loud in the evenings but you only bear it if you leave the wondow open. The room had AC. The metro/bus station is about 5 minutes walk, and many cafes were close by.
